REFUNDS

All sales are final and no refund will be issued. 

Refunds for products or services rendered will not be applicable. Refunds are only granted for services that were not rendered by fault of the provider for that particular scheduled appointment. If there are any remaining appointments left on a package purchased, one must complete the package or transfer the balance of that package to other products or services.

Cancellation Policy

ATL Mobile Med Spa Massage Cancellation Policy We understand that special circumstances arise that may prevent you from making a scheduled appointment, however to ensure a unique and superb customer experience, and to respect the therapist's time, we have adopted the following policies: All cancellations require a 24- hour notice or full payment will be required. This is so ATL Mobile Med Spa can fill in that time slot. Appointments made on the same day that are cancelled will be charged 1/2 service fee for the first cancellation and the full service fee thereafter. Please be sure that you are present at the appointed time to avoid the "no show/late" fee. The therapist will wait up to 15 minutes of appointed time before considering the service a "no show/late", and reserves the right to cancel the appointment at full charge. ATL Mobile Med Spa has a strict sexual harassment policy and any violations in that regard will result in termination of service and payment in full.I'm a paragraph.
